While the petitioner complains of encroachment over a public land, Mr. Mrigendra Kumar, AC to GA-4 informs that the Jamabandi of the land in question stands in the name of alleged encroachers and in such view of the matter and taking note of the dispute, we permit the petitioner to raise his complaint before the appropriate authority under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 with supportive facts and figures and which application shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law with due opportunity of hearing to the
