The petitioner seeks bail in Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 208/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the constable.

It is submitted that the petitioner was apprehended from his house. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Two constables are said to have been injured but they got simple injuries. The petitioner is in jail since 12.08.2016. The Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54452 of 2016 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 208/2016.
