The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.66 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.43708 of 2016.

I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
