JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioner resorted to fire, as a result, in three places it created hole in the Nano car of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that actually firing was made and admittedly no injury was caused. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, keeping in view of the fact that other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 40120 of 2015, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
