Case No. 388 of 2020, dated 19.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(i)(3) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

88.920 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
