2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025 dated 06.01.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that as per the allegation, the petitioner and two coaccused persons namely, Ajit Kumar and Bipin Kumar were apprehended with mobile phones and motorcycle which were presumed to be stolen but as per the FIR, only one mobile phone is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, which belongs to the petitioner and is not a stolen mobile phone and in this regard, specific statement has been

It is further submitted that against the petitioner the investigation has been completed and one co-accused Bipin Kumar carrying similar nature of allegation has been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20560 of 2025. It is lastly submitted that petitioner has been languishing in jail since 07.01.2025.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the completion of investigation against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
