This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.
Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2016. However, he has not been put on test identification parade as yet nor anything has been recovered from his possession. About the criminal antecedent, submission is that fifty per cent cases are against unknown and in the remaining fifty per cent the petitioner is named.
Considering the material in this case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2748 of 2017 (6) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 219 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, or successor Court.
Both the bailors shall be local residents having immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court below.
