The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Baniyapur P.S. Case No.192 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504, and 506 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Sri R. K. Yadav, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saran at Chapra.

It is alleged that this petitioner gave a knife blow to the informant twice on his head causing cut injury. The injury report has been annexed as Annexure-2, wherein, the doctor has found two injuries on head. The doctor has described the injuries to be simple caused by hard and blunt substance. As per the allegation, the petitioner caused injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3611 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 with knife and lacerated wound was found on the person of the injured. The petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant causing injury on the head of the informant.

In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
