Petitioner could not avail the privilege so granted by order dated 18.12.2019 on account of prolonged illness duly substantiated by Annexure-3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner asks for an extension of the period on that very score which is, accordingly, extended for the period of four weeks henceforth on the same terms and condition as laid down under order dated 18.12.2019. In terms thereof, Cr. Misc. No. 21175/2020 stands allowed.
