Petitioner is an accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30 (a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.04.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
