The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons committed forgery and paid one crore against alleged claim in the name of main policy holder by using the password of Yogesh Kumar the then Branch Manager of the said branch.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that password of any

Even the officer making payment is required to change his password everyday and the same is not to be shared with any other employees. The entire payments were made by using the password of the then Branch Manager Yogesh Kumar and he is solely responsible for the same. It is next submitted that petitioner under suspension during course of departmental investigation, and after institution of the present FIR, suspension order of petitioner was revoked and later on, he was directed to report to his place of posting at Patna and he is presently working there. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.
