JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of NCB.

2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail from this Court in connection with Special Case No. 20 of 2021, arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. F. No. NCB/PZU/V/05/2021 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act as earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11524 of 2022.

3. A report dated 28.09.2024 has been received from learned trial court, wherein the learned trial court has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26456 of 2024(5) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 that the record is fixed for argument on 30.09.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been running at the same stage.

5. From the record I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner at this stage. However, it appears from the report of the learned trial court that the matter is fixed for final argument. Hence, the petition is disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to show urgency and dispose of the matter on or before 30th November, 2024.
