The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 226/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 27(b)(ii) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. The raid was conducted at the business premises of the son of the petitioner as well as residence of the petitioner. From both the places one medicine (Syrup) is recovered. It is alleged that the petitioner had kept the medicine in his house without having any license.

It is submitted that the son of the petitioner is running a pharmaceuticals firm having valid license and he had kept medicine in his shop. No spurious medicine was found. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44767 of 2015 (4) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 226/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
