====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 335 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother of father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 17.6.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
