JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application on behalf of the petitioner aforesaid is directed for issuance of writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding upon Respondent no.- 2 and 3 to pay the dues of salary since September 2021 to June 2023 i.e for twenty months at the rate of Rs.7,000/- per month. Calculating total Rs. One lac forty thousand Rs.1,40,000/- to the petitioner as dues of monthly salary."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6776 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
