The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Special Case No. 33 of 2014 arising out of Chowara (Sheikhpura) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014 registered under section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 and 9 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The informant made allegation against Mangal Chauhan and Dilip Bind that they are agent and after collecting papers and taking some illegal money get the loan sanctioned l under KCC scheme.

It is submitted that the petitioners are officials of the bank. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Dilip Bind and Mangal Chauhan against whom there is allegation of taking illegal money have already been enlarged on anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49208 of 2014 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 bail vide order passed in Cri. Misc. No. 21825 of 2014 and Cri. Misc. No. 19794 of 2014.

Considering the fact aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand0 with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Vigilance 2nd, Patna. In Special Case No. 33 of 2014 arising out of Chowara (Sheikhpura) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
