1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 01 / 2025 dated 01.01.2025 registered under Sections 126(2), 115, 74 , 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

3. As per the first informant report on 16.12.2024 in the morning at about 6 A.M. while the informant was going to attend coaching, the petitioner no. 1 abused the informant and assaulted her. Subsequently, all the accused persons including the petitioners, who are the sons of the petitioner no. 1 arrived

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21038 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/3 there. The petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant by 'lathi' on her head, snatched mobile phone worth about Rs. 25,000/- and also snatched golden chain etc.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present F.I.R. has been lodged due to dispute between the agnates. The petitioner no. 1 is the uncle of the informant's father. There is land dispute between both the parties. The occurrence has taken place on 16.12.2024 but the F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of about 16 days on 01.01.2025. No injury caused to the informant has been brought on record by the prosecution. Previously also some cases were lodged by the side of the informant against the petitioners and others which has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of this application.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the fact that both the parties are agnates having previous land dispute, as such, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
