2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for review of the order dated 22.1.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13982/2010 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shivaji Pandey (as his

No.104 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2025 2/3 Lordship then was) by which his Lordships had been pleased to dismissed the writ petition on merit observing therein that on call on 21.1.2019, no one from the side of petitioner was present and further observing that since learned Counsel for the petitioner is absent, there is no resistant from the side of the petitioner with regard to the decision taken by the State refusing the appointment of the petitioner as Trade Demonstrator Electrician.

3. The writ petition viz C.W.J.C. No. 13982 of 2010 (Anil Kumar vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) came to be dismissed on 22.01.2019 and the reason has been assigned by the concerned writ Court and incorporated hereinbelow: "In the present case, an advertisement was published for selection/recruitment of Trade Demonstrator-cum-Electrician. The petitioner applied for the said post but he has not been selected on the ground that he did not have practical experience in the trade against which he has applied, whereas he has an experience of

No.104 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2025 3/3 Senior Electrician (Plant Maintenance) which is not the trade against which he has applied for the post of Trade Demonstrator-cum-Electrician and on that account, the petitioner has not been appointed as Trade Demonstrator-cum-Electrician. Since learned counsel for the petitioner is absent, there is no resistance from the side of the petitioner with regard to the decision taken by the State refusing to appoint him as Trade Demonstrator-cum-Electrician.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed on the aforesaid ground".

4. Learned State Counsel submits a reasoned order is there, the petitioner was not entitled for the post and as such was not selected. He further submits that it is abuse of process of law and the case be dismissed with cost.

5. This Court is in full confirmity with the learned State Counsel. However, since there is no appearance, it stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
