2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No.249 of 2022 dated 16.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the

No.26312 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering the fact that one of the co-accused has already been acquitted by the learned Court below.
