2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Malahi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 74, 303(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the prosecution side with lathi and danda causing injuries to them.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2026.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Malahi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2026.
8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
