The appellant before this Court and as before the learned Single Judge as also before the Tribunal was unable to establish that he was working as Shiksha Mitra on the day when the Government

Patna High Court LPA No.1332 of 2012 (02) dt.25-03-2015 - 2 - notification came into force in the year 2006 absorbing the Shiksha Mitras as Panchayat Teacher.

In that view of the matter, we find no merit in this appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
