The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chakai P.S. Case No. 147 of 2012 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are named in the first information report. The informant Kailu Yadav alleged that on the order of Bhuneshwar Yadav Balo Yadav assaulted the informant Kailu Yadav with Tangi on his head. Bhuneshar Yadav assaulted the brother of the informant with iron rod on his head. Kailu Yadav got one injury on his head which is attributed to Balo Yadav and Bhuneshwar Yadav also got lacerated wound which attributed to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49121 of 2014 (2) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 Bhuneshwar Yadav.
Considering the fact that there is omnibus and general allegation of assault against the petitioners but no grievous injury was found on the person of the injured, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to enlarge the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Chakai P.S. Case No. 147 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) M.Rahman/- U T
