The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Marauna P. S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim alleged that the petitioners and others kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal procedure and disclosed that she voluntarily left her house only because her father wanted her to marry with one Budha Sah after taking Rs.50000/- from him. She voluntarily married with Santosh Kumar and she is living with him. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10884 of 2017 (3) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Marauna P. S. Case No. 87 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
