Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. He has no concern either with the seized foreign liquor or with the Pick-up van. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
