JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act. It is alleged that the petitioner no.1 being the Headmistress of a school and the petitioner no.2 being the husband of the petitioner no.1 assaulted the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that earlier petitioner no.1 made complain against the informant being teacher to the higher authorities hence as retaliatory measure the present case has been lodged. Subsequently the informant has entered into compromise and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

No.51777 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi ( SC/ST) P.S.Case No. 27/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
