The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 47(A) & 47(B) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that 5 liters country-made liquor and tool for manufacturing the wine have been allegedly recovered from her house. It is further contended that her antecedent is clean and she is in custody since 22.7.2016.
