The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.2 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.. Husband of the informant was killed. Allegation has been against father-in-law. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
