The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, four accused persons on the point of pistol snatched Rs.35,330/ as also other articles from the possession of the informant and one another. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation. Inspite of the petitioner being in custody since 24.10.2020 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade. Coaccused Ankit Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 31.1.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56378

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner not having been put on T.I. Parade, his being in custody for more than 1 year 3 months and grant of bail to the coaccused Ankit Kumar, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case no. 824 of 2020 (G.R. no.3531 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria.
