Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-328/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is the wife of co-accused, Dr. Zakir Hussain and due

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. C-328/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
