JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

After some argument, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he would file a representation against the Memorandum dated 06/02/2013 by which the Deputy Director of Staff Selection Commission has debarred the petitioner for five years from appearance in the examination to be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission from the date of written examination i.e. 28th August 2011. He further submits that the petitioner was selected and

Patna High Court CWJC No.8838 of 2013 dt.15-07-2016 2/2 appointed in the C.I.S.F., but later on, he has tendered his resignation and after the resignation, the said Memorandum has been issued, will have an affect for future prospect, it is nothing but a blot on his career. It appears that the petitioner has already filed a representation giving the details of fact.

The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation within 20 days and thereafter, the Staff Selection Commission will dispose of the same within 45 days keeping in mind that the petitioner is no longer in the service of C.I.S.F. and ultimately the order debarring five years will virtually affect his future. With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
