The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikandra P.S.Cae nO.77 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is of bank loot and the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It appears that during the investigation his name transpired.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he had been arrested in a case on confessional statement and in that case he had been made accused and in the present case nothing has been recovered, no TIP has been made and he is in custody since 20.6.2018.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.71562 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri M.K. Pandey, J.M. Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.Case nO.77 of 2018..
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
