2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 1 to declare the suspension of the petitioner for the period from February, 2020 to July, 2020 as illegal and void and further direct respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to release Rs. 83,338/- in favour of the petitioner, for the said period under suspension.

4. The petitioner is a Block Teacher in Middle School,

5. The respondent No. 4 has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, it has been stated that the amount claimed by the petitioner has been paid to the petitioner.

6. Be that as it may be, since, the petitioner is a Panchayat teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority, if the petitioner has any further grievance regarding the payment for the period under suspension.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
