Mobiles and motorcycle are said to have been recovered from possession of petitioner and his two associates, when they were caught by police officials and on their disclosure, one country-made Katta was recovered from a bush. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but having similar allegation, co-accused Ravi Kumar and Neeraj Kumar have already been granted privilege of bail.
