Case no. 678 of 2015 dated 16.09.2015 and Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 731 of 2015 dated 09.10.2015 as all these cases were instituted by different persons with different story but for the same occurrence. Mr. Anil Kumar Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel 20, appearing for the respondents State, has no objection to

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.140 of 2016 dt.02-03-2016 the prayer being granted.

In view of the said fact, all the three above mentioned cases are ordered to be clubbed together and be taken up for decision by the same court.
