Inter alia containing that in the cause title of CWJC No. 4365 of 2001 the particulars of the petitioners and the respondents have been incorrectly mentioned, this application has been filed in the year 2001. None has appeared and the prayer made in this application is nothing but a prayer for amending the cause title of CWJC No. 4365 of 2001 which was disposed of on merit on 05.07.2001. Amendment by correcting the cause title in a disposed of case cannot be permitted.
