Altogether twenty persons including petitioners are named in the First Information Report with allegation that they mercilessly assaulted the informant as well as others by means of lathi, bricks and daggers but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that having similar allegation several co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. The impugned order goes to show that the deceased had sustained only one injury on his head said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and it is not clear who is the author of the aforesaid injury. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44947 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 case between the parties and petitioners are languishing in jail custody since long, i.e., for more than three months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S.Case No.64 of 2015.
