JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 18.01.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheohar in Sheohar SC/ST P.S.Case No. 25 of 2015 whereby cognizance of the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been taken and the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.
