The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that 50 meter copper wire and 25 Kg. iron scrap have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Seizure list has been prepared which is part of the First Information Report wherein it is not mentioned that aforesaid articles has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. It is only mentioned that copper wire and iron scrap have been recovered near BTPS Watch Tower.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P.S.
