The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No.07 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 427 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1, namely, Rajendra Mehta @ Rajendra Kumar Singh has been arrested during the pendency of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33323 of 2021(4) dt.29-11-2021 2/3 this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1, namely, namely, Rajendra Mehta @ Rajendra Kumar Singh is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Ashok Kumar @ Ashok Kumar Singh, Haridwar Mehta @ Haridwar Singh and Subhash Mehta are concerned, there is no specific allegation of assault against them and injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Ashok Kumar @ Ashok Kumar Singh, Haridwar Mehta @ Haridwar Singh and Subhash Mehta is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, namely, Ashok Kumar @ Ashok Kumar Singh, Haridwar Mehta @ Haridwar Singh and Subhash Mehta, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection
