2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B), 120B, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons committed murder of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21553 of 2025(3) dt.28-07-2025 2/3 the daughter of informant by administering poison, due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither family member nor in -laws of the deceased husband. Petitioner is distant relative (wife of cousin brother ) who has got no concern with the deceased husband namely Rahul Kumar. From perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that friendship between the deceased and her husband developed through matrimonial site and thereafter, love marriage was performed between them in Arya Samaj Temple, Ranchi and as such, there was no occasion for demand of dowry . Moreover, thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has already been granted ad interim relief by order dated 14.02.2025 . Similarly situated co-accused person has already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 15133 of 2025 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
