JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 394, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that some unknown persons robbed to the nephew of the informant and committed murder. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Kalamuddin Ansari and Md. Ayub Ansari. Kalamuddin Ansari has already been allowed bail be a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50752 of 2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Baruraj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2012, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 624 of 2016.
