The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila Police Station Case No. 46 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct in his submission that the allegation of committing rape is against the main accused Manu Sah Turaha. The petitioner is related to the main accused against whom there is allegation of assaulting the victim when she is said to have gone to complain against them.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.
