The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No. 780 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation and this fact is also not disputed by the counsel for opposite party. The copy of Mediatior's report along with enclosure is kept at flag 'M'.

In view of the facts aforesaid, the provisional bail
