ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Govindganj P.S. case No.83 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari. Considering the nature of allegations the Petitioners in causing the death of the deceased, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioners to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
