The sole petitioner, who is a lady and in custody in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act , 2016 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on accusation of recovery of about five liters of Mahuwa liquor petitioner has been arrested.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation as well as the fact that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner Reeta Devi be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
