The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Itarhi P.S.Case No.194 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one single barrel rifle of 3.15 bore, country-made pistol of 12 bore, country-made pistol and one country made sixer and two cartridges of .315 bore have been recovered.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that recovery is from the joint house and not from the possession of the repetition.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that huge quantity of the arms and ammunition have been recovered and he is accused in one more

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
