====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2025 Heard Mr. Kanchan Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Humayou Ahmad Khan, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 326 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, eight injuries on the person of the informant, out of which, three injuries are found to be grievous in nature and there is direction allegation against the petitioners, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24026 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail at this stage.

4. However, the petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. In that case, the learned District Court is directed to consider his bail application on the same day and pass necessary order in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
