JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 The learned counsel Mr. Ranjan Kumar Dubey appearing on behalf of the cross-objector submitted that since the parties have compromised and before the Lok-Adalat the dispute between the appellant and respondent has already been resolved and Award of Lok-Adalat has already been passed on 01.05.2010, the respondent now is not desirous of placing the cross-objection. Learned counsel Mr. Rajeev Lochan, A.C. to S.C.11, has got no objection.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the parties, the cross-objection is also disposed of and the Award passed by the Lok-Adalat shall govern the appeal as well as the cross-objection.
