The petitioner, namely, Gopal Singh @ Gopal Kumar apprehends his arrest in Wazirganj P.S. Case No.218 of 2015 under Sections 323, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. No.2490 of 2015.

The allegation is that the petitioner tried to assault the doctor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he had gone to get himself treated by the doctor.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation I direct the petitioner named above to surrender before the court below within one month from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42233 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 today and on his so surrendering, the court below is directed to release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 218 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Harish/- U
