JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 On call, today again a prayer is being made by learned counsel for the petitioner for adjourning the case. This prayer was made in presence of learned AC to AAG No. 10. After filing of the writ petition which was filed in the year 2011 the case was first taken up on 3.8.2015 on which date there was non appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter continuously on three occasion the case was got adjourned as per instance of the petitioner and today again same prayer is being reiterated. From the perusal of the writ petition it is evident that without any locus the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. The prayer for adjournment stands refused.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non prosecution.
